Overview:
Intellectual property (e.g., patents, copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets) is often the most significant, and sometimes the only, assets of a business, particularly those in the technology sector. This program will focus on identifying and protecting a business’ intellectual property, and how to commercialize that property.
